RIIZE and Hearts2Hearts will perform at "FEST. INAZUMA" held in Shiga in September. The artist Takamiy, who serves as the Shiga hometown tourism ambassador, is the initiator of this event, which has been held every autumn along the shores of Lake Biwa, themed around water quality conservation and regional promotion. This large outdoor live event, the largest in the prefecture, has been renamed from "Inazuma Rock Festival" to "FEST. INAZUMA" this year, and the first lineup of artists has been announced. Starting in 2009, this event has become a staple of early autumn in Shiga, now in its 18th year, and will be held from September 19 (Saturday) to 21 (Monday, holiday) at the familiar Karasuma Peninsula lawn square in Kusatsu City, Shiga Prefecture.
