TIOT made their official debut. TIOT held a showcase to celebrate the release of their debut album "Kick-START" at SOL Pay Square Live Hall in Seoul Mapo-gu on the afternoon of April 22nd. TIOT is a group composed of talented members who achieved high rankings on the Mnet survival audition program "BOYS PLANET". The group consists of Kim Minson, Kum Junhyun, Hong Goni, Che Woojin, and new member Shin Yechan. Their debut album "Kick-START" captures various emotions felt at the moment of taking a new step. The title track "ROCK THANG" is a Seoul & hip-hop genre song with a message to enjoyably dispel the confusing emotions of youth through music. Kim Minson and Kum Junhyun participated in the lyrics, appealing with TIOT's unique energy-filled hip-hop swag. The album includes 5 songs reflecting TIOT's ambitions, such as "Goosebumps," "Moonrise," "Paradise," and a supportive song for those chasing dreams, "Baby Shark." Kim Minson introduced the album as an interpretation of various emotions in TIOT's color, conveying a message of encouragement to young people. He expressed affection for participating in the title track "ROCK THANG." Kum Junhyun explained that the chorus part is the killing part of the title track, showing the unity of the members. Prior to their official debut, Kim Minson, Kum Junhyun, Hong Goni, and Che Woojin successfully completed activities for a pre-debut album last August. They achieved 1st place on the HANTEO chart real-time album sales chart and became candidates for 1st place on music shows with a remake of Click-B's hit song "Invincible." They held their first fan concert last December and a successful Japan concert in January. Kim Minson expressed his desire to achieve 1st place with the official debut. Shin Yechan joined as the youngest member for this debut album. Shin Yechan shared his nervousness and gratitude for the advice and encouragement from the members. The members praised Shin Yechan's unique voice and charm. They mentioned his cute and round appeal, gap voice, and talent despite a short training period. They also highlighted his mature thoughts and sense of responsibility. TIOT aims to stand out with their performance energy in the competitive idol group market. They are preparing for future activities with a united goal and determination. They aim to be known for their performances and cool stage presence, striving to be a group associated with strong performances. They aspire to be known as "monster" TIOT, not just "rookie monster" TIOT.
