On April 3, HYBE announced the lineup for the "2024 Weverse Con Festival" through the website of the global fandom life platform "Weverse" and "Weverse Con Festival." The lineup includes seven top artists who have support from a wide range of fans across generations and regions, such as SEVENTEEN and LE SSERAFIM, who are active in various fields. The artists invited to perform at world-famous global music festivals such as "Glastonbury," "Lollapalooza," and "Coachella" are gaining even more attention at this year's Weverse Con Festival. SEVENTEEN, a 13-member group active worldwide, is the most anticipated artist in this lineup. They achieved numerous great records last year, including the highest album sales in Korea, 6 crowns at the Japan Gold Disc Awards, and 1st place on the IFPI's "2023 Global Album Chart." They are set to perform at the UK's largest music festival, "Glastonbury Festival," for the first time as Korean artists at the end of June, and as headliners at the European music festival, "Lollapalooza Berlin," in September. LE SSERAFIM, another group in the lineup, is also attracting attention. They achieved a career high with their 3rd mini album "EASY" in February, with the title track "EASY" charting on the Billboard "Hot 100" for the first time since their debut. They will showcase a stage worthy of the title "strongest performance girl group" at the Weverse Con Festival. ENHYPEN, who achieved their first "double million seller" with their latest 5th mini album "ORANGE BLOOD," will also be performing for the second time at the Weverse Con Festival. They have been expanding their popularity with successful concerts and tours. Junsu (XIA) and Jaejoong, who have been causing a K-POP boom in Asia, are also part of the lineup for this year's Weverse Con Festival. Junsu, who wowed the audience with his special stage last year, is expected to showcase an even more evolved performance this year. Jaejoong, known as the "original complete idol," will charm the audience with his powerful vocals. Kwon Eunbi from IZ*ONE and the group THE NEW SIX, known for their flawless performances, will also be performing at the festival. The final lineup, including tribute artists, will be announced later this month. HYBE confirmed the strong interest of fans through the pre-sale of blind tickets and early bird tickets last month, with approximately 850,000 accesses. They plan to release more content hinting at the artists' upcoming stages as expectations for the final lineup grow.
