Yunho of Tohoshinki will appear in the movie 'TOKYO BURST - Crime City -.' The mega-hit series 'Crime City,' which has surpassed 40 million viewers in Korea, is being universe-expanded with an original story in Japan. This work is set in Shinjuku, Kabukicho. The director of this Japan-Korea big project is Eiji Uchida, known for 'Night Flower,' 'Matching,' and 'The Naked Director.' Additionally, Ma Dong-seok, who has starred in the 'Crime City' series, serves as an associate producer. While inheriting the spirit of the 'Crime City' series, it has become a non-stop action entertainment blockbuster with added Japanese original elements. In the film, Yunho plays the role of Choi Siwoo, an elite Korean detective and the strongest buddy of the main character, rookie detective Koji Mizukami from Shinjuku Central Police Station. Sota Fukushi plays the role of Renji Murata, the boss of a vicious crime group and an internationally wanted criminal, while Gijun Um plays Murata's right-hand man, Kim Hun. Given that the series has been a huge hit in Korea, there is high interest in how the detectives and crime groups will clash in the new setting of Kabukicho. The movie will be released on May 29 (Friday). - Ma Dong-seok: What are the similarities with the character from 'Crime City PUNISHMENT'?
