Fashion magazine Oggi’s popular irregular series “Off-kare,” which photographs Asian stars with the theme of a “day off,” features a new shoot. This time, Sungho and Leehan from the six-member group BOYNEXTDOOR, whose group name means “boys next door,” and who are supported for their friendly, down-to-earth charm, make their first appearance in the main magazine of Oggi! BOYNEXTDOOR, who released the repackaged version of their first full-length album, HOME: DELUXE, on September 28 and delivered new music, are becoming even more and more unstoppable. In this Oggi feature, the magazine approaches the natural expressions of Sungho and Leehan, different from how they appear on stage. The theme of this “Off-kare” is: “What if we peeked into the home time of two best friends spending a leisurely time without deliberately making plans?” The shoot was done with the image of a holiday spent by two people who know each other well, taking a little distance from busy everyday life. Rather than packing the schedule, they relaxed in their own ways and laughed together at unexpected moments... The relaxed atmosphere was captured, as if one were really peeking quietly into the two of them on their day off. In addition to the newly shot photos, the magazine also includes an interview with the two. It covers not only the repackaged version of their first full-length album, HOME: DELUXE, but also how they spend their days off and messages to each other. Messages to the other four members are also included! During the shoot, the two looked extremely happy, and because of the photographer’s request, “It’s fine to just spend time normally,” they kept having fun and being lively throughout the shoot. Every cut was truly wonderful, and voices saying, “It’s too wonderful!” kept rising from all around. When asked for their impressions after the shoot, Sungho smiled and said, “I felt the relaxed mood, and we were able to shoot in a really natural atmosphere,” and Leehan smiled and said, “I think we were able to take a lot of photos that ONEDOOR (the fans’ name) will be happy with!” Oggi’s December issue, which lets readers see Sungho and Leehan’s soft expressions and the unique atmosphere between the two, will go on sale from Wednesday, October 28. ・BOYNEXTDOOR releases the repackaged version of their first full-length album, HOME: DELUXE, today!
