Under SM Entertainment's multi-production system, affiliated artists are actively engaging in activities. SM has implemented SM 3.0 since last year, transitioning from a single system to a multi-production system after former general producer Lee Soo-man left. Currently, five production centers including ONE (BoA, Girls' Generation, aespa), PRISM (SHINee, WayV, former NCT member Lucas), RED (TVXQ, Red Velvet), NEO (NCT), and WIZARD (Kangta, SUPER JUNIOR, EXO, RIIZE) are in operation. After implementing this system, the comeback cycle has been shortened, actively supporting artists' activities to enhance fan satisfaction.
