SHINee's Taemin will release a new song for the first time in 1 year and 1 month. His agency Big Planet Made announced today (the 5th) that Taemin will unveil a special digital single 'Veil' at midnight on September 13. This is his first new song since the release of his 5th mini-album 'ETERNAL' in August of last year, and it has garnered intense interest from fans worldwide. In the images released alongside the new song, Taemin appears submerged in water, combined with blue light, exuding a dreamy aura that heightens interest in the story conveyed by 'Veil.' The new song incorporates a confession of inner struggles between desire and fear, and given Taemin's history of bold and experimental music, expectations are high for what charm he will present. Additionally, Taemin will hold the '2025 TAEMIN ARENA TOUR ‘Veil’' in Japan alongside the song's release. This tour will take place from September 13 to 15 at Pia Arena MM in Kanagawa, followed by performances in Saga on September 20-21, Shizuoka on October 4-5, Chiba on November 29-30, and Hyogo on December 24-25, covering five cities in Japan with 11 shows in total. Notably, the Japan arena tour 'Veil' will feature a stage themed around 'the hypocrisy and taboo hidden behind the veil,' maximizing Taemin's artistry and performance to deliver an intense and overwhelming experience for fans.
