The Korean music awards ceremony 'MMA 2025 (The 17th MelOn Music Awards)' will be held on December 20, 2025 (Saturday) and will be available for unlimited viewing and exclusive live streaming on U-NEXT. 'MMA' is a music awards ceremony that selects winners based on data and votes from Korea's largest music platform, 'MelOn'. The 17th 'MMA 2025' will be held at the Seoul Gocheok Sky Dome. There is already high anticipation for the splendid performances by luxurious K-POP artists. A glamorous lineup of globally popular artists such as IVE, RIIZE, BOYNEXTDOOR, and PLAVE has been announced, with more additions planned. Furthermore, this time, a new special award for 2025, 'Japan Favorite Artist by U-NEXT', will be established. After a comprehensive review including fan voting (in accordance with the rules of 'MMA 2025'), it will be awarded to a K-POP artist who attracted attention in Japan in 2025. The nominees include five artists: IVE, aespa, BIGBANG's G-DRAGON, RIIZE, and BOYNEXTDOOR. Voting will be conducted exclusively on U-NEXT starting December 5 (Friday), and the award-winning artist will be announced during the performance on December 20 (Saturday).
