
Former NCT member Mark is moving to take legal action against malicious posts. Recently, his agency, UPPER ROOM, said through its official social media, "Since our establishment in the first half of this year, we have continuously monitored malicious posts against the artist on various online platforms and social media, including malicious slander, the spread of baseless false facts, and human rights violations." It further stated, "At present, the artist is more concerned than anyone else about the emotional wounds and stress that fans would suffer from these malicious posts. In response, our company plans to take firm legal action against the relevant malicious posts and comments for the sake of the artist and the fans." It added, "We promise that from now on, our company will do its best so that only beautiful exchanges mediated by music can continue between the artist and the fans." Mark debuted in 2016 as a member of NCT and later worked as a member of NCT 127, NCT DREAM, SuperM, and others. After his exclusive contract with SM Entertainment ended in April this year and he left NCT, Mark established his own agency, UPPER ROOM, and continues his activities.
