On the 29th, the company stated, 'We clarify that the agreement regarding the resolution of the dispute with Byun Baekhyun, Kim Jongdae (Chen), and Kim Minseok (Xiumin) is a separate issue from activities as a complete EXO.' 'We have won all disputes so far, and what we requested from the three is only to pay 10% of the individual activity sales amount stipulated in the existing agreement dated June 18, 2023. However, this has not yet been fulfilled.' Previously, the agency IBN100, to which Chen, Baekhyun, and Xiumin belong, announced comments regarding their activities as a complete EXO. They conveyed, 'We promise to participate in activities as a complete EXO and are making every effort for that,' while announcing a fan meeting and album release with the six members excluding the three, as they move towards an agreement. However, SM Entertainment expressed that 'the activities as a complete EXO and the agreement mentioned by IBN100 are separate issues.' They emphasized, 'We cannot help but express our regret over their announcement distorting such circumstances.'
