ZEROBASEONE has released the music video for the title track "ICONIK." They released their 1st full album "NEVER SAY NEVER" today (1st) at 6 PM through various music distribution sites. "NEVER SAY NEVER" is the first full album that ZEROBASEONE presents after their debut, incorporating the most shining moments of their musical journey built together with ZEROSE (the name of their fans). After the youth trilogy and paradise duology, it condenses the story of the past two years and completes their most iconic synergy. The album includes 10 songs of various genres, starting with the title track "ICONIK," featuring top-class composer KENZIE and prominent producers from Korea and abroad, maximizing the quality. It includes "SLAM DUNK," a powerful EDM & hip-hop genre like an unscripted drama on a basketball court, "Lovesick Game," depicting an unstoppable tangled love game, "Goosebumps," expressing hazy emotions drowned in love with an addictive chorus, and "Dumb," a hip-hop-based upbeat pop genre that harmonizes a playful melody with a delightful message. Following that is the Korean version of the title track from their first Japanese EP "PREZENT," "NOW OR NEVER (Korean ver.)," a high-energy hip-hop dance genre unit song by Song Han-bin, Seok Matthew, Kim Gyu-bin, Park Go-nuk, and Han Yu-jin, featuring intense drums and cool guitar sounds. There’s also "Long Way Back," a unit song by Kim Ji-un, Zhang Hao, Kim Tae-re, and Ricky, depicting the pain of a distant heart and the earnest desire to get close again, "Star Eyes," an EDM pop genre song capturing the heartfelt story of shining boys ZEROBASEONE, and a heartfelt fan song "I Know U Know" for ZEROSE, totaling 10 songs. The title track "ICONIK" is a pop track based on a nudisco sound, showcasing ZEROBASEONE's intense presence that cannot be taken off one's eyes for a moment. As the sophisticated groove and tight rhythm harmonize, the vocal chemistry of the nine members increases as the song progresses, showcasing climax energy. In particular, this song represents their journey as artists, with a message of "Regardless of others' evaluations, we can become iconic on our own," embodying the bold aspirations of the nine members who want to shine even more. It expresses their confidence in establishing ZEROBASEONE not just as an icon representing the 5th generation but as an iconic brand.
