TWICE’s Sana and RESCENE’s Minami empathized with each other over the hardships of dieting. She sent me dried plums, which are said to be good for dieting, because they can fill your hunger, but I ate 20 of them a day, so naturally I didn’t lose weight," drawing laughter. She also revealed that, to raise her motivation for dieting, she had set Sana’s photo as her smartphone wallpaper. Sana said, "Before my debut, my weight was quite high. I thought about quitting as a trainee and going back to Japan. Since I didn’t know when I would come to Korea again, I thought, ‘I should eat whatever I want while I can,’ and for one week I kept eating all the things I liked, which made me gain 7 kg." She continued, "But I decided to stay at the company in that state. And then I ended up appearing on an audition program." She went on, "When I was on that program, I kept dieting as if I were appearing on a diet program. While promoting, without being told to by the company, I somehow started managing my own weight. I think it was because, as I kept looking at my own appearance, I naturally became aware of it."
