NMIXX was honored with the distinction of receiving the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Commendation at the "2026 Korea Popular Culture and Arts Awards." NMIXX received the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Commendation at the "2026 Korea Popular Culture and Arts Awards," held on the 29th of last month at the National Theater of Korea’s Haeoreum Theater in Seoul, in recognition of its contribution to the development of popular culture and arts. NMIXX, which could not attend the awards ceremony because of activities for its 6th mini album "Strange Muse," conveyed through its agency, "We sincerely thank you for giving us such a meaningful award. We feel that it is even more meaningful to be recognized together with many people who are making popular culture shine. We once again thank NSWER (NMIXX’s fans) and everyone who continues to send us unchanging love, and we will do our best to repay you with wonderful music and stages." Since their debut in 2022, NMIXX has been loved for its distinctive music and highly polished performances, and on the 19th of last month it released its 6th mini album "Strange Muse" and title track "Birthday Wish," and is devoting itself to comeback activities. From November 27 to 29, it will cap off the finale of its first world tour, "EPISODE 1: ZERO FRONTIER," at Inspire Arena in Incheon.

NMIXX has officially confirmed a comeback after about five months with its 6th mini album, Strange Muse.
