WEi’s Kim Donghan is enlisting. Kim Donghan enlisted today (the 7th) and is scheduled to fulfill his national defense duty. In August of this year, he announced his enlistment himself by posting a handwritten letter on his Instagram. Through the letter, Kim Donghan looked back on memories with his fans and expressed his gratitude, saying, “I will be away from the side of RUi (WEi’s fans) for a while, but I also plan to reflect on myself and spend my time healthily while learning new things. Of course, I will make sure to eat properly in the military too, so don’t worry (laughs).” He also said, “I hope RUi, while I am away, will not get sick and will be happy in each of your own places. After debuting as a member of the spin-off group JBJ, he redebuted as a member of WEi in 2020.
