The new song "MXMM" (read: Maximum) by the new generation J-POP boy group aoen, managed by YX LABELS, has been decided as the theme song for the new drama "Oishii Rikon Todokemasu" (delivering delicious divorce papers) starting on Wednesday, October 1, 2025, on Chukyo TV and Nippon TV's nationwide network Wednesday Platinum Night (every Wednesday at 24:24). Currently, a PR video for the first episode of the drama using the song has been released on TVer, Chukyo TV's official website, and the drama's official X, where the song is previewed. The latest song "MXMM" expresses the powerful sound and comical yet surreal lyrics of youthful unrequited love and overwhelming romantic feelings. The lyrics are written by Ume, who worked on aoen's debut single title track "Aoi Taiyo (The Blue Sun)," and the composition involves NILD, who has also worked on songs for NCT WISH and NEXZ, resulting in a fresh love song that embodies their free and energetic vibe. The addictive nature of the contrast between humorous words and a cool track is highly compatible with social media, and playful performances tailored to the song are also prepared, making it a must-see. aoen made a striking debut by releasing their debut single "Aoi Taiyo (The Blue Sun)" on June 11, 2025, immediately topping the Oricon Daily Single Ranking (as of June 15) and receiving Gold certification in the June 2025 Gold Disc. They have since appeared in various music programs and events, and on September 6, they drew attention with a fresh performance at the "41st Mynavi Tokyo Girls Collection 2025 AUTUMN/WINTER" held at Saitama Super Arena. Their participation in the "Rakuten GirlsAward 2025 AUTUMN/WINTER" on October 18 has also been confirmed, and their continued success is highly anticipated.
