Japan-born global group &TEAM held the opening performance of its large-scale concert tour, “2026-2027 &TEAM CONCERT TOUR 'Mark on You',” on Thursday, October 15, 2026, at Tokyo Garden Theater, the place where the group was formed, with the tour featuring the most cities and most performances in its history. &TEAM had just successfully finished the final performance of its Asia tour, “2026 &TEAM CONCERT TOUR 'BLAZE THE WAY',” at KSPO DOME in Seoul on October 4. The title of this tour, “Mark on You,” contains the passionate resolve that the nine members, who have achieved global feats such as reaching one million sales in both Japan and Korea, making their first appearance on “NHK Kohaku Uta Gassen,” achieving four consecutive million-selling releases, and entering the Top 20 of the U.S. Billboard 200, will go directly to LUNÉ, the fans who supported their rise, and, with gratitude, leave &TEAM firmly “marked” in their hearts with the best performance. From the memorable original place of the group’s formation, they powerfully set out on a grand journey covering 41 performances in 18 cities nationwide, and a Korea performance is also planned for spring 2027. Amid the resounding cheers, the nine members gathered on stage after a powerful VCR. They showed refined expressions and overwhelming synchronized dance, instantly raising the excitement in the venue from the very beginning. In the MC segment, K said, “&TEAM was born at this place in 2022, and last year we stood on this stage for a fan meeting, and just the other day we also stood here for a showcase. And today, it is for the tour. I’m happy to be able to return to this place of memories,” speaking emotionally about his joy at being able to迎え the first day of the tour at Tokyo Garden Theater, the group’s place of origin. In contrast to the previous concert structure, which emphasized performances by the whole group, this tour introduced new direction that brought out each member’s individuality, showing the breadth of their expression. They performed a number of latest songs, including “Good Boy” from their second Korean mini-album, “러브장 (Love Jang),” which carries a nostalgic 1990s atmosphere, “Accelerate,” which was performed live for the first time on this tour, “Empty,” which depicts inner emotions with delicate vocals, and the title track “Mark on Me.” They captivated the audience with a colorful range of songs and performances. In addition, during the energetic American pop-punk song “Night to howl!,” the entire venue became one, echoing the call-and-response and drawing everyone into a frenzy. After racing through the main set with a special setlist newly arranged and scored for this tour, along with numerous special production elements, the excitement in the venue reached its peak during the encore stage. They performed live for the first time the digital single “For us,” the theme song for the film “Wandance,” in which member JO makes his first starring role, and also &TEAM’s first film theme song. The emotional song, which accompanies each listener’s new step forward and gives them a push from behind, and the members’ passionate singing drew enthusiastic applause and cheers from the venue. In the final member remarks, when expressing their last thanks, K said, “(Garden Theater) is the place where we were formed as &TEAM in the final round of the audition. Starting from this place, we will travel around to everyone across Japan, and we will work hard to perform so that we can firmly leave our ‘Mark’.” &TEAM, with a dense performance lasting about two and a half hours across 26 songs, left a vivid “Mark” in the hearts of the audience. The group leader EJ concluded with the comment, “From now on (through this tour), we will go meet many LUNÉ members!” With this, the grand nationwide tour, which will continue until the Korea performance in spring 2027, closed its opening night, and their challenge toward even greater heights is one to keep watching.
