They revealed, "We discovered that Han's image was missing from the Pepero × Stray Kids package design being sold in Canada since December around 9:01 PM on December 21, Sunday." They continued, "Immediately after confirming, we conveyed our heartfelt apologies to Stray Kids' Han. Above all, we sincerely apologize to the fans who were hurt by this. We continue to see and listen to the valuable opinions and words from the fans. We will inform you again about additional information for the fans who purchased the product." They added, "We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and confusion caused to Han and the fans."
