ILLIT's 'NOT CUTE ANYMORE' has come one step closer to ranking on the U.S. Billboard main song chart 'Hot 100'. On December 6, according to the latest chart announced by the American music media Billboard (dated January 10), ILLIT's 1st single title track 'NOT CUTE ANYMORE' ranked 10th, up 7 places from the previous week on the 'Bubbling Under Hot 100'. The 'Bubbling Under Hot 100' is a chart that ranks the top 25 songs that narrowly missed the main song chart 'Hot 100', serving as one of the indicators of public popularity. Since ILLIT's debut song 'Magnetic' also rose to the 'Hot 100' after going through this chart, interest is gathering for future trends. 'NOT CUTE ANYMORE' has also succeeded in rising in the global song chart based on streaming data from over 200 countries and regions worldwide. This week, it ranked 52nd and 70th on Billboard's 'Global (excluding the U.S.)' and 'Global 200', respectively, jumping 49 and 64 places from last week. The momentum is also strong on South Korean domestic music charts. The song recorded 75th (December 7), 59th (December 9), and 36th (December 14) on MelOn's daily chart, recently reaching 20th (January 4). Despite being over a month since its release, the song's rise due to word of mouth is significant. ILLIT will release their 2nd digital single 'Sunday Morning' on January 13 at midnight, aiming to capture fans' hearts once again. This song depicts the 'great power of a loving heart' that cannot be stopped and has been chosen as the opening theme for the second season of the TV anime 'Hime-sama “Goumon” no Jikan desu', scheduled to air from January 12, attracting attention.
