The Japanese global group &TEAM, produced by YX LABELS, and the new generation J-POP boy group aoen performed at 'BEAT AX VOL.7' held on November 22 (Saturday) at Tokyo's Ariake Arena. &TEAM debuted songs from their first mini-album 'Back to Life,' which achieved 1.22 million copies sold on the first day in Korea, on a Japanese stage for the first time, while aoen made their first appearance at 'BEAT AX' with a stunning collaboration stage featuring all 16 members alongside their seniors, &TEAM. 'BEAT AX' is a large-scale event organized by Nippon Television that has attracted over 80,000 attendees. This seventh installment was a special live event featuring &TEAM and aoen together. They showcased a variety of performances, from their representative songs to special stages prepared for the day, exciting the audience. In the opening of the event, &TEAM performed 'Dropkick,' a track from their first full album released in 2023, as a joint performance by two teams. The venue was filled with excitement from the start, thanks to the impressive performance created by the 16 members that could only be seen here. &TEAM has been in the spotlight for achieving the milestone of being the first Japanese artist to reach a million sales in both Japan and Korea with their mini-album 'Back to Life.' The audience, especially the fans known as LUNÉ, cheered loudly as they finally witnessed the live performance they had been waiting for. During aoen's solo stage, they presented a story-like structure that allowed fans, known as aoring, to relive their journey to debut, incorporating audition footage of their starting point 'Ouen-HIGH ~Dream's Starting Line~.' They showcased a powerful stage full of positive energy, including audition songs, their debut single, and the digital single 'Seishun Incredible' released in October, demonstrating their growth since debut. The 'Variety Corner' unique to 'BEAT AX' featured special cover stages by selected members from both groups, and in the 'aoen Special Press Conference' corner, &TEAM's K and FUMA acted as reporters, drawing out the honest feelings of aoen, filling the venue with laughter. When asked about something they hadn't told the members, aoen's youngest member REO revealed he was a hidden fan of K, expressing admiration for K's caring nature, which delighted K. 'BEAT AX VOL.7' will also hold its second night at Ariake Arena on the 24th (Monday, holiday), with ticket information available on the official website. Additionally, aoen will hold a mini live titled 'aoen Digital Single Release Commemorative Mini Live <Houkago Incredible>' on December 7 (Sunday) at Toyosu PIT to celebrate the release of their digital single 'Seishun Incredible,' with general ticket sales currently underway. Don't miss the charm and powerful stage of the seven members in their first solo mini live.
