
The Japanese global group &TEAM, produced by YX LABELS, and the new generation J-POP boy group aoen performed at 'BEAT AX VOL.7' held on November 22 (Saturday) at Tokyo's Ariake Arena. &TEAM debuted songs from their first mini-album 'Back to Life,' which achieved 1.22 million copies sold on the first day in Korea, on a Japanese stage for the first time, while aoen made their first appearance at 'BEAT AX' with a stunning collaboration stage featuring all 16 members alongside their seniors, &TEAM. 'BEAT AX' is a large-scale event organized by Nippon Television that has attracted over 80,000 attendees. This seventh installment was a special live event featuring &TEAM and aoen together. They showcased a variety of performances, from their representative songs to special stages prepared for the day, exciting the audience. In the opening of the event, &TEAM performed 'Dropkick,' a track from their first full album released in 2023, as a joint performance by two teams. The venue was filled with excitement from the start, thanks to the impressive performance created by the 16 members that could only be seen here. &TEAM has been in the spotlight for achieving the milestone of being the first Japanese artist to reach a million sales in both Japan and Korea with their mini-album 'Back to Life.' The audience, especially the fans known as LUNÉ, cheered loudly as they finally witnessed the live performance they had been waiting for. During aoen's solo stage, they presented a story-like structure that allowed fans, known as aoring, to relive their journey to debut, incorporating audition footage of their starting point 'Ouen-HIGH ~Dream's Starting Line~.' They showcased a powerful stage full of positive energy, including audition songs, their debut single, and the digital single 'Seishun Incredible' released in October, demonstrating their growth since debut. The 'Variety Corner' unique to 'BEAT AX' featured special cover stages by selected members from both groups, and in the 'aoen Special Press Conference' corner, &TEAM's K and FUMA acted as reporters, drawing out the honest feelings of aoen, filling the venue with laughter. When asked about something they hadn't told the members, aoen's youngest member REO revealed he was a hidden fan of K, expressing admiration for K's caring nature, which delighted K. 'BEAT AX VOL.7' will also hold its second night at Ariake Arena on the 24th (Monday, holiday), with ticket information available on the official website. &TEAM has released a highlight medley for their Korean 2nd mini album Mark on Me, due out in Korea on September 8 and in Japan on September 21. The album tells the story of nine wolves who open their hearts after meeting “you,” and previews six tracks, including the title song Mark on Me.
&TEAM released the Mobile Game version of its original video content for the Korean 2nd mini album Mark on Me. The retro game-style promo shows fans raising baby wolves by day and dating wolfmen by night, highlighting sweet lines, the TAME ME concept, and the group’s first full romance theme.
EVAN, formerly Heeseung of ENHYPEN, appeared on the blue carpet at the 2026 K-WORLD DREAM AWARDS held at KINTEX Exhibition Hall 2 in Ilsan, Goyang, Gyeonggi Province, on the afternoon of the 27th. The event featured many K-pop artists, including ATEEZ, RIIZE, LE SSERAFIM, and GOT7's JAY B. It also noted his September 7 comeback with the first mini-album 'DEATH OF ME' and his cover of Kenshi Yonezu's 'Haiiro to Ao.'
