Former NCT member Lucas, who is making a solo debut, will showcase new music with his 1st single. Lucas unveiled the concept photo for his 1st single "Renegade" on the 26th via official SNS. The new single includes 3 English songs, including the title track "Renegade," "Dip It Low," and "Crushing On You." The new song "Dip It Low" is a hip-hop number with an 808 bass. It incorporates lyrics with words exchanged while dancing and a natural rap, highlighting the charm of the song. The new reggae genre song "Crushing On You" has impressive lyrics expressing the moment of falling in love, with relaxed rap and vocals harmonizing with a carefree melody, evoking a sense of freedom on a summer day.
