ASTRO's Cha Eun-woo's agency apologized. His agency Fantagio published a document on Cha Eun-woo's official SNS yesterday (5th) titled 'ARS VOICE Contact Information Guidance.' The agency stated, 'Regarding the ARS VOICE content of Cha Eun-woo's 2nd mini-album released on the 4th, the number published in the content is '070-8919-0330,' and only this number can be called. Recently, some users have mistakenly entered the number and contacted a different place, so we ask that you dial the correct number when using it.' They added, 'We sincerely apologize to those who have been affected by this.' Cha Eun-woo will release his 2nd mini-album 'ELSE' on November 21 at 1 PM through various music distribution sites. He enlisted in the army as a military band member in July and plans to deliver a wonderful gift to fans through songs recorded before his enlistment. Prior to this, his agency held an ARS event to commemorate the release of the 2nd mini-album 'ELSE' on the 4th at 3:30 PM. When fans called the number published on Cha Eun-woo's official SNS, a pre-recorded message from him was played, leading to over 100,000 calls after the event started. Subsequently, a situation arose where calls flooded in to people using mobile phones similar to the number provided by the agency.
