Every Saturday at 11:00 p.m., the music program "Venue101" is broadcast live from NHK Studio 101. Under the theme "At 11:00 p.m. on Saturday, a live performance is born," MCs Ryuichi Hamie and Erika Ikuta, together with guest artists, deliver fun and passionate live performances. INI, which celebrated its fifth anniversary this year and successfully held its long-awaited Tokyo Dome concert last month, is appearing on the program for the 14th time this time since its first appearance on the initial broadcast of "Venue101" in April 2022. As of October 10, it is the artist who has appeared on "Venue101" the most. So this time, we will condense and deliver a digest of all 13 videos of INI’s appearances up to now. From the first appearance scene full of freshness, to numerous cool performances, and even nostalgic “mistake” scenes. We look back on INI’s five-year journey with a full viewing of unreleased footage. What they will perform live is "We Are." It is one song representing the group’s early days, included on the same single as "CALL 119," which was first performed on "Venue." With a special production, they will deliver an intense performance filled with the feelings of five years. The 25-year-old singer-songwriter imase appears. Since his debut in 2021, he had been busily continuing activities such as song production, live performances, and media appearances, but last August he suddenly announced a suspension of activities. After about one year of hiatus, he resumed music activities last month. What exactly did he spend his time doing during that period? And what is his current feeling as he has begun facing music again? In the studio, he talks at length about imase’s current position. The song he will perform is "Kaze ni Nareru Hazu," his first work since returning. He plays a song that affirms living while carrying loneliness, anxiety, and worries about days when things do not go well, set to a fresh and gentle sound. It is a song that can gently push you forward, and only imase now can deliver it. The idol group STU48, which is based in the Setouchi region, with "one sea, seven prefectures," will celebrate its 10th anniversary. Not only have they held performances on the dedicated "shipboard theater" STU48-go, which tours the ports of Setouchi, but they have also sincerely continued regionally rooted activities such as participating in local events, carrying out tourism PR activities, and apprenticing under local fishermen. Perhaps because of this unique style of activity, they apparently had not a few "worries" unique to STU48 that other idol groups would not have. This time, they will thoroughly listen to those worries. STU48 will perform "Fuyufuku ni Kigaetara," the first song to have Kai Kokona of the first generation serve as center. Attention will be drawn to this refreshing and bittersweet youth song full of STU48’s freshness. The group appearing in the corner "Menu101," which approaches an artist’s "memorable dish" and hidden episodes, is the nine-member global group &TEAM. The dish introduced this time is TAKI’s special peperoncino, known as one of the members who especially likes cooking. TAKI, who said that "at one point I was only practicing making pasta," cooked it himself before the broadcast! He shows off his skills. Of course, the peperoncino filled with TAKI’s preferences appears in the studio. And perhaps the heartwarming reason why TAKI started cooking will also be revealed? In the live performance, they will perform "Good Boy (Japanese ver.)," with a heavy beat resonating. Pay attention to the powerful rap and energetic dance. In the studio, centered on the two MCs, four groups of artists unfold talk and performances full of the realism unique to live broadcasting. In addition, there are projects that make the broadcast even more enjoyable, such as distribution on NHK ONE and content on the program’s official SNS. ・[REPORT] &TEAM becomes the first Japanese-born boy group to achieve solo dome concerts in both Japan and Korea!
