NEXZ has revealed the behind-the-scenes of their songwriting. The press showcase for NEXZ's 2nd single 'Mmchk' was held today (27th) in the afternoon at Blue Square in Yongsan, Seoul. Yuuki said, 'I am grateful to have participated in the songwriting. During 'Beat-Boxer,' we all wrote lyrics together for the song 'Next To Me.' Each of us wrote individually, brought good and fitting parts, and combined and revised them to create one set of lyrics.' He continued, 'We wrote the lyrics for this song in a similar way. In the song 'HYPEMAN,' there are lyrics that say, 'Because you shine, I can shine too.' These lyrics were inspired by the stage. I thought of these lyrics while watching the fans shining brightly from the stage, so I hope you will listen to it.' Hui added, 'Since the majority of the members are Japanese, there are difficult parts in writing lyrics in Korean, but no matter how hard it is, we want to put our thoughts and messages into the song, and we worked hard while looking up words in the dictionary.' • [PHOTO] NEXZ holds a showcase to commemorate the release of their 2nd single 'Mmchk' • NEXZ announces a Japan-exclusive release of their 2nd single 'Mmchk' with special benefits!
