Some cases have already received valid judicial judgments, and investigations into the remaining cases are currently ongoing under strict procedures.' Accordingly, the case received by the Gwangjin Police Station in Seoul in April 2025 has resulted in a confirmed fine, while cases received by the Gangnam Police Station in May 2025 and the Cyber Investigation Team of the Seoul Police Agency in September 2025 are still under investigation. The agency added, 'The process of filing complaints and investigations may take some time, but we will share meaningful developments with fans as soon as possible. Regardless of the progress of the complaints, internal monitoring is continuously operated, and information provided by fans will continue to be reviewed and used as legal action materials.'
