"I Live Alone" received legal sanctions from the Broadcasting and Communications Review Committee. On the 18th, the committee held a general meeting at the Seoul Mokdong Broadcasting Center and decided on measures against MBC's variety show "I Live Alone" and KBS, SBS Power FM's "2 PM Escape Cultwo Show." On this day, the committee issued a warning to "I Live Alone" for repeatedly broadcasting scenes of cast members drinking alcohol, which was deemed to glamorize drinking, despite being a program for viewers aged 15 and older. The show featured subtitles such as "the refreshing taste is exquisite soju," "refreshing throat feel! Coolness," and "even tastier after exercise," which led to ongoing criticism of its glamorization of drinking. In response, the committee voted for a legal sanction of a warning. Additionally, "Cultwo Show" received a warning for excessively promoting the names of advertisers' products while the representative appeared on the show. The committee also issued warnings to KBS 1TV's "KBS News 9," KBS Changwon 1TV's "KBS News 7 Gyeongnam," and KBS Jinju 1TV's "KBS News 7 Gyeongnam" for reporting on the separation of reception fees and including only favorable content for their own company. Furthermore, the committee emphasized the necessity of maintaining fairness and balance in broadcasting content, issuing a warning to TBC's "Live Good Day" for a cast member promoting their own hospital.
