As Taiwan moves into emergency response in preparation for the approach of Typhoon No. 30, Chanpa, changes have also occurred to the concert schedules of K-pop artists scheduled to be held in Taiwan. Today (the 23rd), as confirmed by OSEN, the concert schedules of PLAVE and Jessica, which were scheduled to be held in Taiwan on this day, as well as the "2026 Hualien K-pop Original Sound Festival," were postponed. Originally, PLAVE had been scheduled to hold its 2026 world tour "KEEP IT MANIC in Taipei" for two days, on the 23rd and 24th, at NTSU Arena. However, as Typhoon No. 30 Chanpa approached Taiwan, about 20 municipalities, including the capital Taipei City, issued work and school suspension orders, and in line with that, it was decided to postpone the performance on the 23rd. Accordingly, the performance scheduled for the 23rd is expected to be held at 6 p.m. on the 25th (local time). The performance on the 24th will be held as scheduled, but if a work and school suspension order is also issued on this day, it is expected that further changes will be made to the performance schedule. Jessica had been scheduled to meet fans by holding her 2026 concert tour, "Reflections' in Taipei," on the 24th at the performance venue on the first floor of the National Taiwan University Gymnasium, but the schedule was postponed to 6 p.m. on February 20 next year. Although a school suspension order has not yet been issued for the 24th, the decision was made in consideration of traffic congestion and safety issues caused by strong winds and heavy rain. In addition, the "2026 Hualien K-pop Original Sound Festival," which had been announced to feature appearances by TNX, Xdinary Heroes, BTOB, Hyolyn, formerly of SISTAR, AtHeart, Lee Chae-yeon from IZ*ONE, and Ryeowook of SUPER JUNIOR, changed its performances scheduled for October 24 and 25 by postponing them one day each, to be held on the 25th and 26th at 7 p.m. The venue remains the same: Dongdaemun Plaza in Hualien City. Meanwhile, according to Taiwan's Central Disaster Response Center, as of 6:30 a.m. that day, one person had died and 94 people had been injured due to the effects of Typhoon No. 30 Chanpa. As of 8 a.m., 1,286 residents across Taiwan had evacuated, and all domestic flights had been canceled. For international flights as well, many airlines are planning to cancel or postpone afternoon flights. • PLAVE releases MV for title track "Star Trace"!
