Stray Kids' agency revealed the current status of legal actions against malicious comments. Today (27th), JYP Entertainment, the agency, communicated through official SNS that "as we have previously informed multiple times, we are advancing strong legal actions against acts that infringe on the basic rights of our artist Stray Kids, such as the dissemination of false facts and malicious defamation for the protection of their rights." They continued, "Additionally, through specialized monitoring companies, we are collecting real-time data on malicious posts and comments, including the dissemination of false facts and malicious accusations against the artist in communities and SNS both domestically and internationally, and we have continuously received complaints and lawsuits against the creators of these malicious posts and comments." They also stated, "Recently, investigative agencies have issued warrants and are identifying defendants, and we are confirming the identities of defendants who posted malicious content on overseas platforms through courts in South Korea and abroad." They emphasized, "We will continue to cooperate closely with investigative agencies and courts to ensure that the perpetrators receive strict punishment. There will be no leniency or settlements in this process." They added, "We sincerely thank all STAY (the name of the fans) who send great love to Stray Kids. If STAY has any evidence related to illegal activities, please actively provide information." Finally, they promised, "We will continue to prioritize our artists and do our utmost to protect their rights."
