SHINee's Onew heated up Tokyo, Japan. From the 3rd to the 5th, Onew held the world tour '2025 ONEW WORLD TOUR 'ONEW THE LIVE: PERCENT (%)' at the Nippon Budokan in Tokyo. The Nippon Budokan, known as a symbolic performance venue in Japan, attracted about 20,000 fans over three days, proving his solid popularity. 'ONEW THE LIVE' prominently featured Onew's trustworthy singing voice. Through 'ONEW THE LIVE', he started his first world tour since his solo debut, visiting Seoul, Hong Kong, Bangkok, and Japan in succession, further enhancing his popularity in the global market. Particularly, during the Japan concert, Onew excited fans by performing the title track 'Hana no you ni' from his second mini-album 'SAKU', released on the 1st, along with the songs 'KIMI=HANA' and 'Cause I believe in your love' for the first time live. His pure singing voice, which exudes a warm yet bittersweet atmosphere, shone brightly. He also expressed his affection for local fans by carefully selecting original Japanese songs like 'Yoake no Sekai' and 'Everything'. Fans responded with enthusiastic cheers and applause at every stage. After successfully concluding three performances in Japan, Onew shared, 'The subtitle of this performance embodies my desire to create '100% happiness' together with you, my fans, Chuck. Thanks to everyone, I was very happy over these three days. I appreciate the wonderful memories that will last long.' After Seoul, Hong Kong, and Bangkok, he plans to continue his world tour in 16 cities worldwide, including Kaohsiung, São Paulo, Santiago, Mexico City, Paris, London, Madrid, Helsinki, Copenhagen, Tübingen, Warsaw, and Berlin.
