Hwasa of MAMAMOO has returned with a changed visual. Fashion magazine "Harper's BAZAAR Korea" has released the gravure from the November issue shot with Hwasa. Recently, she made a comeback with the new song "Good Goodbye," and in this gravure, she transformed with a short hairstyle, showcasing her most casual and natural charm, different from the charismatic and intense image she has shown on stage. When asked in an interview after the gravure shoot why she chose the ballad genre for this comeback, Hwasa revealed, "This time, I sang more as 'Ahn Hye-jin' (her real name) than as 'Hwasa.' I put my heart into the song as if I were writing a letter honestly as a person, not the glamorous Hwasa on stage." She also mentioned the most challenging part of the song's production, saying, "I kept thinking, 'Why can I only write this?' and revised the lyrics hundreds of times. However, unexpectedly, there were days when words suddenly overflowed. I felt that words that naturally came from within me felt more sincere than exaggerated ones." Additionally, Hwasa highlighted a particular lyric from the song: "Goodbyes can hurt us, but they should also be graceful. As I stomp my feet in regret, you should laugh heartily. Goodbye." She has recently attracted attention for her transformation with a short hairstyle and weight loss, now in the 40 kg range.
