Overseas media focused on BTS's large-scale tour. The British BBC predicted yesterday (13th, local time) that BTS will earn $1 billion (about 159.3 billion yen) from their comeback world tour. The BBC stated, 'BTS earned about $246 million (about 39.2 billion yen) from their previous world tour. They were also the first Korean artist to headline Wembley Stadium,' introducing BTS's new world tour. BTS will perform a total of 79 shows in 34 cities, starting in Korea and then moving to North America, Europe, South America, and Asia. This will be the largest number of performances for a single tour by a K-POP artist. Additional schedules for Japan and the Middle East are expected to be added, further expanding the scale of the tour. The concerts will grandly open over three days on April 9, 11, and 12 at Goyang Sports Complex. Following that, they will perform in Tokyo on April 17 and 18, and in Busan on June 12 and 13. The North American tour will start in Tampa on April 25 and 26, covering 12 cities with a total of 28 performances, and in June, they will move to Europe for 10 shows in 5 cities, including London and Paris. They also plan to visit 5 cities in South America. Prior to the world tour, BTS will release their 5th full album with 14 tracks on March 20, marking their comeback as a complete group for the first time in about 3 years and 9 months. - BTS's first concert in Japan in about 7 years!
