K-POP concert "GOLDEN WAVE" will be held in Kaohsiung, Taiwan in April. Studio JAMM, the organizer of "GOLDEN WAVE," revealed on March 5th that "GOLDEN WAVE in TAIWAN" will be held at the Kaohsiung National Stadium on April 13th. The artists participating in the performance include &TEAM, (G)I-DLE, BOYNEXTDOOR, the unit Busokseung by SEVENTEEN's Seungkwan, Dokyeom, and Hoshi, ENHYPEN, Chung Dong-won, NMIXX, STAYC, and ZEROBASEONE. Expectations are high for this luxurious lineup. Actor Chu Young-woo will serve as the MC. Chu Young-woo won the "2023 KBS Acting Awards" Rookie Award for his role in the KBS 2TV drama "Oasis" broadcast in Korea last year and is a rising star expected to be featured as an actor to watch in 2024. "GOLDEN WAVE" is a K-POP concert that will resume after a four-year hiatus due to the spread of the new coronavirus infection since its first event in 2020. Studio JAMM is the main company behind the "Golden Disc Awards" and the "Baeksang Arts Awards." It is also a K-POP variety studio that has produced programs such as "Phantom Singer," "Super Band," and "MUSIC UNIVERSE K-909," "R U Next?," and "The Second World" from large-scale projects. In addition, it also engages in music production, management, and performance production based on the intellectual property (IP) of affiliated artists such as LA POEM, Libelante, and Fortena. Studio Jamm stated, "The Kaohsiung National Stadium can accommodate about 50,000 people and has hosted solo concerts by Maroon5 and BLACKPINK." "This performance was realized in response to the requests of local fans who wanted to meet K-POP artists. It will be a music festival where global K-POP fans can come together and enjoy," they explained. The Korea Tourism Organization plans to hold various events to introduce Korea to local fans attending the concert. Detailed information can be confirmed on the "GOLDEN WAVE" official channel.
