BLACKPINK's Jennie’s agency is preparing to relocate to Hannam-dong. On the 2nd, according to reports from Korean media, Jennie’s personal label ODD ATELIER is preparing to move to a newly constructed building in Hannam-dong, Yongsan District, Seoul. As the lease for the building currently used as an office in Itaewon-dong, Yongsan District, will expire in October, it is reported that they plan to move in early November after completing interior work. The new office building is a neighborhood facility with a scale of 927 square meters (about 280 tsubo), consisting of a basement level and four floors above ground, which was completed in April last year. As of the end of last year, it was on the rental market with a deposit of 1.5 billion to 2.5 billion won (about 15 to 25 million yen) and a rent of 60 million to 80 million won (about 600,000 to 800,000 yen). There are speculations that the ongoing discussions regarding building code violations at the current office building were a decisive reason for considering the move. She established her personal label ODD ATELIER in November 2023 and is also active as a solo artist.
