The Seoul Western District Prosecutor's Office indicted Son Minho at home on December 30 last year on suspicion of violating the Military Service Act. Mr. A, who is suspected of assisting Son Minho's service neglect, is also being tried. Son Minho served as a social service worker from March 2023 to December 2024. However, suspicions of service neglect arose as he was reportedly not reporting to his designated workplace as required. It has been reported that he generally acknowledged the fact of leaving his workplace during service hours during the summoned investigation.
