Kino of PENTAGON's gravure has been released. Recently, Kino conducted a gravure shoot and interview for the magazine 'DAZED KOREA' October issue. In the released gravure, Kino showcased a variety of looks, from sophisticated suit styling that imagines the hidden face of a rebellious company employee to a bold style exposing his upper body, revealing diverse expressions. Against the backdrop of light streaming through the gaps in the blinds, he displayed intense charisma, while also completing an original atmosphere with a precarious yet free mood. This gravure, which reinterprets the rebellious image shown in the pre-released song 'CLUB SEX CIGARETTES' from another perspective, vividly expresses the musical changes of the artist Kino and has received positive feedback from fans. In the interview conducted alongside the shoot, Kino's candid feelings about the new album were confirmed. Regarding the pre-released song 'CLUB SEX CIGARETTES,' which was surprise-released on September 26, he described it as a kind of greeting that throws a 'tch' or 'hmpf' to serious people, explaining that it carries the meaning of 'Each person can pretend to be good, but I will live as I like.' He conveyed the viewing points of the music video for 'CLUB SEX CIGARETTES,' which garnered attention for its provocative title and Kino's overwhelming visual transformation, stating, 'From a neat face like a company employee to a face enjoying imagined pleasures, small changes continue. I would be happy if people found that part interesting.' He also expressed confidence in his 2nd EP 'EVERYBODY’S GUILTY, BUT NO ONE’S TO BLAME,' which will be showcased for the first time in 1 year and 5 months. Regarding the new EP set to be released on October 13, Kino revealed, 'I want to try everything I haven't done before. This album is the result of such attempts,' adding, 'This kind of experimentation makes me feel alive. It seems like my mission to search for things that others haven't done.' Kino will hold a private rave club party 'WURK' on October 5 in Itaewon, Seoul. This party, planned as an extension of the 'office detox' concept from 'CLUB SEX CIGARETTES,' is expected to feature performances from top-level DJs in the techno scene, as well as the first public performance of some tracks from Kino's new album. Furthermore, on October 13, he will announce his 2nd EP 'EVERYBODY’S GUILTY, BUT NO ONE’S TO BLAME,' marking his comeback activities after 1 year and 5 months. This album expresses the inner conflicts and contradictions of humanity, telling a direct yet subtle story of the honest self that emerges from them, allowing fans to witness Kino's bold transformation across music, performance, and visuals.
