Hae-rin and Hae-in of NewJeans have decided to continue their activities with ADOR. ADOR announced today (the 12th) that "Hae-rin and Hae-in expressed their intention to continue their activities with ADOR." "The two members, after careful consideration with their families and sufficient discussions with ADOR, made the decision to respect the court's ruling and adhere to the exclusive contract." The agency further stated, "ADOR will do its best to ensure that Hae-rin and Hae-in can continue their entertainment activities smoothly. We kindly ask fans for their warm support and request that they refrain from speculation regarding the members." Previously, all five members of NewJeans declared the termination of their exclusive contract with ADOR, stating that their trust relationship with the agency had broken down, effective from November 29 of last year. In response, ADOR filed a lawsuit to confirm the validity of the exclusive contract against the members. Subsequently, the Seoul Central District Court Civil Agreement Division 41 (Chief Judge: Jeong Hae-il) ruled in favor of ADOR in the first trial judgment on October 30. Immediately after this ruling, NewJeans expressed through their legal representative, Sejong Law Firm, that while they respect the court's judgment, it is impossible to return to ADOR and continue normal entertainment activities given the complete breakdown of trust with ADOR. ADOR commented, "We will do our best to support Hae-rin and Hae-in in their smooth entertainment activities. We kindly ask fans for their warm support and request that they refrain from speculation regarding the members." Thank you.
