Yesterday (the 7th), BTS's agency BIGHIT MUSIC announced through official social media, 'We would like to inform you about the [GLOBAL EXCLUSIVE] S/S T-SHIRT (CHARCOAL) among the BTS WORLD TOUR ARIRANG official products.' They stated, 'A quality issue was confirmed during the manufacturing process of this product, and sales have been immediately suspended. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and concern caused by the use of this product.' They continued, 'For customers who purchased this product online or offline, we plan to implement refunds without product returns,' and added, 'We are currently confirming the exact cause with the manufacturer and will strengthen quality control and standards to prevent the same issue from occurring in the future.' Previously, a net user shared a photo through an online community, claiming that the print on the T-shirt disappeared after one wash, raising concerns about its quality. BTS will kick off their world tour at the Goyang Sports Complex on the 9th, 11th, and 12th of this month.
