Hani of NewJeans and ADOR's new representative Kim Juyoung have been chosen as witnesses and reference persons for the National Assembly's national audit. The Environment Labor Committee today (30th) voted on a proposal to request Hani from NewJeans as a reference person and Kim Juyoung, former CHRO of HYBE and current ADOR representative, to attend as a witness for next month's national audit. The committee plans to question them about 'harassment within the company.' Prior to this, members of NewJeans held an emergency live broadcast on the 11th of this month, claiming that harassment occurred within the company. Hani revealed that within the HYBE building, another group's manager told her in front of her to 'ignore (Hani).' She recalled, 'Even though I heard everything, they said to 'ignore' me. I still can't understand why I had to be treated like that, and I think it's really unbelievable.' Minji expressed, 'I was really shocked to hear that. How can a manager from another group say something like that to their members about Hani, where I can hear it? There has been no apology or even acknowledgment of the mistake.' She added, 'I worry about how many more such incidents will happen in the future and if I will secretly be bullied.' Following the revelation of Hani's incident, some NewJeans fans filed complaints with the Ministry of Employment and Labor. NewJeans demanded through the live broadcast that HYBE 'reinstates former representative Min Heejin to the position of ADOR representative by the 25th of this month.' In response, ADOR stated on the 25th, 'We discussed that the request for reinstatement to the representative position is currently not accepted.'
