Carol Choi, responsible for building the content lineup across APAC, mentioned that nine out of the top 15 streaming works released last year were Korean, highlighting the success of Korean productions. The showcase will also preview eight original Korean works, including the exclusive streaming announcement for 'Turbulence' and 'Fabricated City'. The event will culminate with a blue carpet event featuring top Korean actors and directors, celebrating the launch of the Disney+ showcase.
