Singer-songwriter Olivia Marsh mentioned her real younger sister, NewJeans' Daniel. Recently, a video titled 'What is Daniel from NewJeans to Olivia Marsh?' was uploaded on the YouTube channel 'ESQUIRE Korea'. Olivia Marsh talked about how she debuted as a singer, saying, 'I was continuing to work on song sessions. By chance, I met the representative of my current agency at a song camp, and they asked me, 'Why not try releasing a song as an artist?' I wanted to sing with my own voice and story. I thought I would like to challenge myself when the opportunity came.' Regarding her debut song '42', she explained, 'It's the address of the house I lived in as a child. I wrote the song thinking about my memories of that house, important childhood memories, and memories with my family.' Olivia Marsh also talked about Daniel, saying, 'I think we match well like twins. We are close. I feel like we've always been attached since we were little.' She continued, 'We've fought before, but being together makes me very happy. She is my eternal best friend.' Olivia Marsh joined the global label 'MPLIFY' as their first artist in September this year and debuted with the single '42' on October 16.
