SUGA of BTS (Bangtan Sonyeondan) has been sent to the prosecution. The Seoul Yongsan Police Station sent SUGA to the Seoul Western District Prosecutor's Office today (30th) afternoon for suspected violation of the Road Traffic Act (drunk driving). SUGA was found driving an electric scooter in a drunken state around 11:15 PM on the 6th of this month near his home, by patrolling police officers. At the time of the arrest, it was reported that his blood alcohol concentration exceeded the license revocation level (0.08% or more) at 0.227%. He appeared at the Seoul Yongsan Police Station on the 23rd, underwent about three hours of investigation, and reportedly admitted to all charges.
