MIRAE, who announced their disbandment, conveyed their feelings in a letter. On the 9th, DSP Media, their agency, stated that members Lee Junhyuk, Lian, Yu Dohyun, Kaeru, Son Dongpyo, Park Siyoung, and Chang Yubin decided to end group activities after careful consideration. They also revealed that Son Dongpyo will continue solo activities under DSP Media. Each member's handwritten message was also made public. Leader Junhyuk expressed gratitude to fans for the unforgettable moments created together. Lian recalled his time in Korea without knowing Korean and expressed gratitude for the valuable experiences. Dohyun reflected on the valuable memories and love received during their time together. Kaeru confessed that all his memories were precious and happy. Son Dongpyo shared that the journey with fans and members was not easy but led to important moments in his life. Siyoung expressed gratitude for the warm support and love received. Yubin thanked fans for their support and promised to repay with great music in the future. MIRAE debuted in Korea in March 2021 with the mini-album "KILLA" and in Japan in February with "RUNNING UP." After a 3-year and 4-month journey, they decided to end group activities, leaving fans saddened by the disbandment.
