Ten of NCT has started solo activities with various charms that cannot be defined in a word. Today (13th) at 2 pm, a showcase commemorating the release of Ten's 1st solo mini album "TEN" was held at YES24 Live Hall in Gwangjin-gu, Seoul. Starting with NCT and WayV activities, he has appealed various charms with singles, and transformed into a solo musician with a mini album "TEN" with his name as the title. Ten, who has been preparing for the album in earnest for a year, said, "I've been waiting for this moment for a long time. I was nervous and the pressure was great while preparing, but I had fun recording and shooting music videos. I also enjoyed the process of consulting with the office staff. The genre is also diverse. I want to show that Ten has various charms and talents." Regarding the difference between group activities and solo activities, he explained, "When I was doing group activities, I was worried about how to interpret the song and how to match it with myself. This time, I didn't know what I wanted to do or what kind of person I was, so I thought I would try to find "Ten" as a trigger." He said that he was disappointed with himself, but Ten, who always does his best, said that the most difficult part of preparing for this album was deciding on the concept. As a result of thinking about what kind of song would fit the concept, I thought 'Nightwalker' would go well with the theme of the album." In addition to this, all six songs, including "ON TEN," "Dangerous," "Water," "Shadow," and "Lie With You," which incorporate English lyrics, are included. Ten said that during the album preparation process, he received a lot of support from members who had already made their solo debut, such as Taeyeon, SHINee's Taemin, and TVXQ's Yunho. He revealed that he wants to show various charms through this album. Ten said, "Many people have told me that I am an all-rounder, and I am also doing my best. I think my strength is that I can do all genres, such as singing, dancing, and rapping." He said, "When I first dreamed of becoming a K-POP artist, I was a child who didn't know anything, but now I feel like I have grown and deepened." He continued, "I am still looking for Ten's figure.
