i-dle's Ugi has reached the top in music programs, following the music source and album charts. Ugi won 1st place with the title track "M.O." from her 1st single "Motivation" on MBC M and MBC every1's "SHOW CHAMPION" broadcast yesterday (24th) in Korea. After finishing her activities on the music program, she shared her joy with fans while holding the trophy. Through a video, she expressed, "This award could not have been received without the support of all the fans. Thank you very much. Although it was a week of activities, I am happy to have achieved 1st place and I am grateful. I will become an even more wonderful artist Ugi with this award as a starting point." Previously, Ugi achieved significant results on music streaming charts. The title track "M.O." topped the Korean chart of Tencent Music in China, and then it shone at the top of the real-time chart of Bugs!, a Korean music streaming site. Furthermore, the single "Motivation," which includes "M.O.," reached 1st place on the daily digital album bestseller chart on QQ MUSIC and Kugou Music. Additionally, "Motivation" surpassed 410,000 copies in initial sales (sales from the release date for one week) and topped the HANTEO chart's album chart for the third week of September. Following this, the title track "M.O." won 1st place on the music program, and Ugi dominated the 1st place in both the music source and album charts as well as music programs through her first single activities. Released on September 16, the 1st single "Motivation" includes three songs, including the title track "M.O.," "It Hurt," and the Chinese version of "It Hurt." Ugi was responsible for the lyrics and composition of all songs, proving her musicality across a wide genre spectrum. Ugi is interacting with global fans through a pop-up event commemorating the release of her first single, titled "YUQI 1st Single [Motivation] POP-UP."
