He publicly released the number of the person who called him, but it was revealed that the owner of the number was not a private fan, but a regular person who dialed the wrong number. In response, SM Entertainment apologized, stating, "Immediately after receiving contact that the victim visited the local police for inquiries, we conveyed our apologies through the investigating officer and took measures to delete the post."
