Lisa from BLACKPINK made a donation. Today (18th), according to Sony Music Korea, Lisa donated the profits from a flea market held in June to the non-profit organization Good Neighbors. Prior to this, she held a flea market called 'Welcome to Lisa's Closet' in Hannam-dong, Seoul, selling clothes, accessories, and beauty products from her collection. This event received a great response not only for the special meeting with fans but also for its meaningful purpose of donating the profits. The donation will be used for Good Neighbors' drinking water sanitation support project in the Niger region of Africa. Good Neighbors plans to utilize the funds to install solar systems, water tanks, and drinking fountains so that over 6,800 residents and children in the Kollo region of Niger can use clean and safe water. Lisa stated, 'Thanks to those who participated in the donation, it was a precious time to deliver hope to someone's future,' and expressed her desire to continue sharing to create positive changes for children in need. Actively engaging with fans, she recently released a short film for her song 'Dream' from her 1st full album 'Alter Ego,' showcasing a new side with Kentaro Sakaguchi. Additionally, Lisa made her solo debut on the Sahara stage at Coachella this year, demonstrating her overwhelming presence. She was also nominated for the Best K-POP category at the 2025 MTV Video Music Awards with her song 'Born Again,' further building her career.
