Woozi releases "What Kind of Future" on Moonbin's birthday, moving many people, including Seungkwan

SEVENTEEN's Woozi kept his promise to ASTRO's Moonbin. Today (26th), Woozi released his new song "What Kind of Future". This song was a favorite of Moonbin's, and was officially released to celebrate his birthday. Last April, Moonbin passed away at the young age of 25. At that time, Woozi commented on a post left by Moonbin on social media, saying "I still remember you talking with a bright smile." He continued, "You said 'When will you release it? I want to hear it on the music source.' 'What Kind of Future.' I will take responsibility and fight with the company to release it on your birthday." Today, he officially released "What Kind of Future" on Moonbin's birthday, moving many people. The introduction to "What Kind of Future" includes the phrase "I will never forget the smile filled with love. No matter what kind of future." Since Moonbin was loved for his gentle smile, this phrase naturally brings him to mind. The song "What Kind of Future" is a beautiful ballad with a charming piano melody throughout. Woozi first performed this song at a SEVENTEEN concert in 2018. It was called the best unreleased song among SEVENTEEN's songs, and was loved. This song release was special not only for SEVENTEEN fans, but also for ASTRO fans. SEVENTEEN's Seungkwan also shared Woozi's "What Kind of Future" on SNS, writing "Thank you, brother." Seungkwan is known for his close friendship with Moonbin. He won the grand prize at the "2023 MAMA AWARDS" on December 29th last year, and commented, "I am very grateful to my friend Bin (Moonbin's nickname) who loved and supported our team more than anyone else.
