At the same time, the sound source and music video for the title track of the same name were also released. “Hey, Somebody” is a mid-tempo song in which energetic drum beats are harmonized with groovy piano, nylon guitar, and a rhythmic bass line. It was released in Chinese and English versions, and the music video was produced in the English version. The lyrics contain the message of finding one’s true self-worth in the journey of becoming “somebody” by setting one’s own direction, after feeling like one was nobody. In the music video, the story of Xiaojun receiving the power and courage to make his dreams come true from the people he was kind to, and the direction reminiscent of a musical, stood out, and Xiaojun himself performed acting, adding meaning. With this solo song, he showed a bright and lively singing voice, heightening the song’s cheerful atmosphere. His refreshing tone and the song gave listeners warm empathy and healing.
