The court added, 'The defendant (NewJeans) will bear the litigation costs.' NewJeans' legal representative, Sejong Law Firm, explained the situation, stating, 'Today, the first-instance ruling confirmed the validity of the exclusive contract in the lawsuit filed by ADOR against the members.' They continued, 'The members respect the court's judgment but maintain that it is impossible to return to ADOR and continue normal entertainment activities due to the complete breakdown of trust.'
