Former ADOR representative Min Hee-jin emphasized that "NewJeans exists only as five members," reiterating the importance of their complete activities. On November 15, the YouTube channel "No Yonghee TV" covered the legal dispute between NewJeans and ADOR, revealing Min Hee-jin's comments. She stated, "From the beginning, I designed everything with the five members in mind. Their appearance, voices, colors, styles, and movements were all structured based on 'five.' That's why people are enthusiastic, and that's why a complete form was achieved." She continued, "Now that they have returned, these five must be cherished," adding, "Unnecessary confusion or interpretations do not help." Furthermore, she said, "The essence targets me, but I hope they are not involved in that process. They should be protected and not exploited. NewJeans exists as five." NewJeans announced their return to ADOR about a year after the unilateral contract termination declaration last November. Recently, Hae-rin and Hae-in expressed their intention to continue activities with ADOR. ADOR clarified, "The two made the decision to respect the court's ruling and adhere to the exclusive contract after careful consideration with their families and thorough discussions with ADOR. We will do our best to ensure Hae-rin and Hae-in can continue their entertainment activities smoothly." Subsequently, Min-ji, Hani, and Daniel also conveyed their intention to return. ADOR stated, "We are currently coordinating schedules for individual meetings with each member and will do our best to facilitate smooth discussions." In relation to this, Min Hee-jin said on the 13th, "I believe the decision for the members to return together was made after deep contemplation and dialogue. I respect and support that choice. There were difficulties, but I value the courage of the members who joined hands again to protect each other." She added, "I can start anew anywhere. However, under any circumstances, NewJeans must be fully protected as five. I hope the members will become stronger and that NewJeans will improve, and above all, I wish for all five members to be happy."
